When you use a contact form, you provide your name, email address and message, along with a subject or topic. You may also provide a product name and order reference. Form submissions are handled through Formspree so we can receive your request and respond.

Include only the information needed to explain your question. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or a complete license key in an initial message.

Purchases and license delivery

Purchase links take you to Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe handles the information you provide during checkout under its own privacy terms.

Your order details help identify your purchase when arranging delivery, providing a required license key or responding to an order question. When contacting support about a purchase, use the email address associated with that order.

Website and media services

Your browser connects to our website host to request pages and files. Some audio and video is delivered through Bunny CDN. These connections involve technical information such as your IP address and the browser's request for a file.

Some product pages contain embedded YouTube players. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube, which may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices. Links to music and social platforms take you to those services.

Preferences stored in your browser

The website uses localStorage to remember a video-quality preference. The CHAINSAW and CHAINSAW EVIL TWIN website demonstrations also remember control settings. These preferences are separate from a plugin license or activation.

You can remove these preferences through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing them resets the saved settings. The website does not set an automatic expiry for these local preferences.
