Your purchase

Read the product description and requirements before ordering. Choose the operating system and plugin format you intend to use, and check the products included in the offer.

The checkout shows the amount payable for your selected order. Review it before completing payment. If the offer or amount is unclear, contact us before buying.

Platforms and compatibility

Your purchase covers the product and platform identified in the offer. Windows and macOS are separate purchases unless an offer expressly includes both.

Only the platform offered for purchase is included. A reference to another platform or a future version does not make it part of the current purchase.

Your DAW must support the plugin format you select. Buying a plugin does not add support for a format your DAW cannot load.

Download access and license keys

Download access and a license key are separate parts of delivery. Follow the instructions provided with your purchase to download and install the software.

License keys are delivered by email after purchase. Check the email address used at checkout, including its spam folder.

If access or a required key is missing, contact support with the product name and order reference.

Bundles and special offers

A bundle includes the products and platform entitlements named in that offer. It does not include other products, platforms or future releases unless the offer expressly says so.

A free bonus is included only where the offer states it. Keep your order confirmation so that the contents of your purchase can be identified.

Software use

Software is licensed, not sold. Personal and commercial use are permitted under the End User License Agreement. That agreement explains the license grant, restrictions and ownership of the software.

Problems and refunds

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a seller to exclude. If software has not been delivered or does not match its description, contact support with the details.

Updates and future releases

Do not assume an order includes every future product, major version or platform release. Any additional entitlement must be stated in the offer.
